I've been trying really hard to get new years started off on a good note on the scales...mother nature is not helping me out! I have been trying to get back on track with eating and plan to start throwing in some exercise...lord please give me the will power and strength to do this...this time!
239.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
