I've now resolved to weigh myself only once a week.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

I have only just started trying to lose weight.. but i am addicted to my scales and cant stop jumping on them every morning! Which does tend to demotivate me because the weight loss is so slow. Evil scales!

Hey there, I've actually found it best to weigh in on friday morning as on the weekend I tend to be a little slack especially if i have a bit too drink whereas I know during the week i'm extra good! Just a thought cya
