Slight increase in weight as Christmas and New Year celebrations got in the way.

Also being away from the Internet lost habit of recording food dairy.

Just under 11 months to hit. Goal weight of 93 kgs
238.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
