I couldn't get near a scale until today. I was expecting that at least I won't gain weight, since I didn't exceed 1200kcal a day, I was hungry the whole week, and now this...
But I thought about what would be my weight, if I hadn't started dieting two months ago, because I was looking at photos from back then, and it gives me power and motivation to continue.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
