Wow. It's been a minute, huh? I really need to get back into the swing of this whole weight-loss situation. The wedding is only 9 months away. I had actually gotten back up to 208 and am now almost back the 190 that I was in September. Stupid winter with it's comfort food and holidays.
I participated in a weight-loss competition at my work last year and came in second place, and they are about to start this year's competition in March. I'm trying to gear up for it now, because I wanna win this time.
