Hoped I would loose more than 3 pounds but it is better than nothing ! I only had 2 drinks at the Halloween party and 4 water bottles.... I WAS SO GOOD !

250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
