I am using 1 T Chia Seeds with a large glass of water, twice a day. I will concentrate on having another large glass of water shortly after the first (within 20 min). My plan is to go into a Candida Cleanse for 3 months then a Liver Support for 2 weeks, a Toxin Fast for 1 week and another Liver Support for 4 to 7 days. 3 months and 3-4 weeks total. This will clear out my body so it can heal. I should lose weight also. I will see what I'll do after that,it will be healthy. I don't want to take in too many toxins after I'm clear of toxins.
Goal is to start in February. Mostly because I'm not able to locate the book so I have to order it, then take time to read and re-read, get recipes and shopping lists going so I'm prepared to run through all phases. I will decide how to eat afterwords when I get closer to it. I hope Brian does this with me. It may be hard with Dylan eating as he will but I am determined.
I feel that the Lord has given me the phrase of 'Clean Out' for this year! Clean out the body, house, storage etc.
