Holiday eating is nearly over. I have really tried to be aware of my intake but really? Polish Sausage, Salmon Patties, Corn Patties, Peirogis, Cole Slaw, Creamed Rice, homemade candy (3 weeks of making it!). Then Christmas day...Ham, Scalloped potatoes, cole slaw, peirogis, dinner rolls, butter, wine...candy! YIKES! 6...yes SIX pounds gained. I pushed that nasty scale up to 174.6 and PANICKED! That was in 2 days! OH MY! Working on getting them off but once you get the "good" stuff in, you continue to crave it. Leftovers don't help. As soon as I can force the scale back to 168 (weighed in at 171.3 this morning) I am going back to Blissful Wellness and will drop another 20 lbs.
