Wow, Not doing great. I need to stick to things more carefully. I'm feeling a little depressed and overwhelmed. I start soccer next week in an over 30 league and I am way over 30. Hopefully, I won't make a fool of myself. I need to move more. Working at a computer and being stressed just kills my weight loss. Having children and a husband who are very thin just makes it more difficult.
