Vacation weight!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1439 kcal Fat: 51.46g | Prot: 64.84g | Carb: 66.54g.   Breakfast: fat free milk, honey nut cheerios, Granulated Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: good seasons salad dressing, lettuce with vegetables, roasted chicken . Dinner: rediwhip light whipped cream, strawberries, butter, fat free chicken broth, fat free evaporated milk, dijon mustard, birds eye steamfresh peas, white wine, boneless pork chop. more...
losing 17.5 lb a week
