I'm starting to feel better and not so tired - now that I'm eating better foods and excercising more. I'm also not sure if I'm craving working out or if I just have this driving feeling that I need to........ wierd!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
