Red and I had a 10AM meeting in Sterling this morning, we ate cereal and coffee for breakfast. (BTW he is losing weight too). The rest of the day went well, I don't feel hungry and I know if I don't eat sweets, I don't crave it. Tomorrow I plan to get back to the treadmill.. :)
