Today was Rotary meeting so I always dread what may be there for me to eat. But today was fairly easy...I used the dry coleslaw for the base and added pulled pork and a couple tablespoons of Ranch for a nice salad.....NO bread. I should not have eaten the 2 cookies though. :(
