Day 3. I woke up feeling like shit, called in to work. I slept a few more hours and went to the gym around 9am. Made my bike ride there, worked legs and abs, got in over 200 crunches, and biked home again.
I drank over 6 liters of ice water today.
I took in over 200g of protein and kept the carbs to 77g and still had a single cocktail.
Let's see what the scale says in the morning.
