Blood work this morning - entire shooting match, just to get a baseline. Phlebotomist noted I was (most likely) dehydrated...blood not flowing easily into the tubes. Not certain whether this is a viable root cause to my BP issue, but it's possible, considering the fact I don't drink during workouts, and perhaps 20-32oz of water/coffee during the day...not enough "good" fluids to replenish afterward, etc. (Sounds like dehydration has more to do with decreased BP, oops...)
Otherwise, measured BMI was 27, and body fat of 28%.
