Weigh In. Had a slip in the upward direction 😞. I was expecting it. Steaming temps here so I just couldn't get motivated to walk yesterday. Back on schedule today!
213.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
