Little late gettin here for weigh in.Only a pound but its off rather than on.Got my place up for sale and several viewings so been forever busy with polishing and vacuum.Too bust to think much about food and points so remembered basics for G.I. diet and been doing that for 2 days.Not sure if its that or the extra housework but something's changed.
