I ate about 850kcals, 50g carbs and did the Jillian Michaels 30days shred dvd (halfheartedly). It's really disappointing that in 27 days I only managed to lose 1kg while not going over 1200kcals (i hat two days where i ate around 2000-2200 kcals though). I feel a bit desperate.
