life is tough, sometimes you stumble. The important thing is you don't just lay there in the dirt, no, you get up.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

This could be the beginning of something incredible. I'm down nearly 60 lbs doing intermittent fasting. It's not bad for someone like me. I like my food so now I just control the when, and let the what take care of itself. Good luck!
