I hate nights like last night. It was one of those times when you're full but you feel like you need to keep eating. Blergh. Was able to stop it after taking some multivitamins, but not before the damage, consisting of pizza, mashed potatoes, ice cream, ice cream, ice cream, and shells with chees, was done. Blergh. Hopefully I can still reach the 242 mark this week. Will require lots of exercise, I'm guessing. Lots.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
