alhamdulillah even though I cheated a lot yesterday I didn't actually gain any weight. I'm still 70.5 and this is to taking chances, need to start clean eating today. I had a big breakfast and I plan not to eat anything till the evening where we go out with our guests. MAy Allah make it easy ameen
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
