Everyday I am hustling! LOL, just happy to see more weight off. I wanted so badly to eat a big bowl of lasagna last night but I resisted and had grill chicken and broccoli instead.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
