A little more progress. Difficult getting in enough activity during the week to be able get additional calorie burn to put myself in a large enough deficit. So I will have to reduce my intake or find creative ways to get in more activity.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
