Have done poorly in the will control area the last three weeks. I started to add slip while on a week-long family vacation and haven't been as be to gain control since.
I plan on today being the first day of the rest of my life.
247.4 lb Lost so far: 37.1 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
