Was not so good cause it was my birthday - my husband and family insisted on taking me out which throws me off completely. Back to the saddle and trying to get back on track again.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
