Doing well so far, Only one more pound and then 100 away from my goal. Small victories i guess. To night starts Holiday parties in earnest, lets see how well i do.
326.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
