Well I'm back again and up a couple more pounds. Sure doesn't take long to accumulate extra baggage but have had a whirl wind of celebrations. All I can say is if we didn't have a trainer I wouldn't be back to the exercise. That commitment is what keeps us going no matter what. The food along with my excuses will follow. Today is a new day.
