So I am working in China right now. We work a 12 and 2 rotation schedule, 12 weeks working and then 2 weeks home leave. So I was hitting the gym after work every day and watching the diet very closely up to having my home leave on July 16. I had gotten all the way down to 190.6 lbs. On my home leave, I took the family on a vacation and of course I indulged the entire time I was back in USA, eating burgers, sweets, and of course milkshakes from Chick-Fil-A. So by the time I made it back to China July 30, I hit the scale and........... bam .... 210.3 lbs. So now I am back on the grind. Luckily after flushing my system out and getting going back on the diet, I weighed in at 197.6 yesterday and 198.3 today. Not mad at all, as the reason I bust my butt is to be able to enjoy those times when I can indulge. Just got get back to where I was and then on towards 175 (goal weight).
