Have been trying to stay with shakes for breakfast and lunch. Don't have the snaking under full control yet. Had smokies with barbecue sauce on them for lunch. Did not do shakes at all yesterday. Had a MeDonald's egg, bacon and cheese bagel, lunch was two chicken thighs, potatoes and gravy, and corn. Then last night was a steak, melted cheese and scoops and Green Giant's mix of baby northern beans, spinach and carrots.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Sounds like you aren't in love with your shake flavor yet. If you can find a flavor or two that just makes your toes curl when you drink/eat it then it makes this soooo much easier to do. Let me know the details of how you make your shake and maybe I can help :-)
