Breakfast 1 egg omelet, maybe 1/4 c of ham, grated cheese, green onion, tomato, avacado 1/4 maybe, hot sause, 2 t butter, 2 pieces multi grain toast 90 cal for two, 1 c milk. No lunch. Dinner - Koren dish made from scratch (rice noodles, onion, garlic, carrots, chicken. Probably 2 cups. 1 roll,120 calories, 1 t butter. Snack, 2 crystal lights drinks, 2 homemade black bean brownies, total cal 250 for the two.
