Dinner - Koren dish made from scratch (rice noodles, onion, garlic, carrots, chicken. Probably 2 cups. 1 roll,120 calories, 1 t butter. Snack, 2 crystal lights drinks, 2 homemade black bean brownies, total cal 250 for the two.
