It was really 185.7. I haven't pooped for real in a few days, so I know when I do, it'll become like 180. LOL.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was having trouble with that too. Honestly it was making me irritable. Try sugar free metamucil. One tsp each night dissolved in a glass of water. It contains the Phyllium Husk which Dr. Atkins recommends. I hope this helps.
