i have been eating well. i am monitoring my fat, sugar and now salt intake. i haven't work out though
147.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1421 kcal Fat: 41.89g | Prot: 91.54g | Carb: 164.73g.   Breakfast: Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Tomato & Basil Flour Tortillas, Granulated Sugar, Green Tea, Whole Wheat Crackers. Lunch: Alfredo Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli. Dinner: Avocado Salsa (Hot), Garden Salad, Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, Abuelita hot chocolate, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Strings, Green Tea, Apples. more...
