Weighed myself in after I ate breakfast, back on track with my diet but still lagging with exercise, going to go to the gym before work. Wifey, if you read this, I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU VERY MUCH BABE!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
