I did really well on my eating yesterday and I went on my walk. I am still not back to my morning weight tho after my bing on Monday evening lol. live and learn! lol.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
