Major pig out last night. paid for it this morning on my weigh in.
251.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most of that will be fluid. You need to eat 10000 extra calories to gain that much weight.
