My weight loss is finally slowing down to a healthy rate, i imagine the first few weeks were mainly water weight. Now the hard part, won't be weighing in for almost a week.Had serious attack of the munchies last night, all i could think about was food. Did alright but didn't sleep well. Hope i can keep it up.
333.5 lb Lost so far: 77.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
