Subi una lbs. ayer por la noche se me abrio el apetito. creo que fue mucha actividad familiar en casa con la familia mi esposa, dos pedazos bizcocho de el cumpleanos padres y un hambre. trabajo un poco ansiedad multiples tareas y eso produce mas deseo comer o no saciarse. por lo menos ejercicios continua.
