I'm so sorry to y'all and myself . I've gained all of my weight back and my ankle still hurts. I couldnt exercise since I hurt it two weeks ago. I don't know what to do yet. I'll figure it out.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 173.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week

You are a unique, lovely creature worthy of every gentle kindness under the sun. Forget exercise. Eat your way healthy. Start by throwing out everything you own that contains sugar, sucrose, dextrose, maltodextrin and fructose. Keep the fruit for now. Get tossing.

Hi Monica. You don't owe anyone an apology! I have lost my weight without exercising. You can lose weight strictly by adjusting what/how much you eat. Many people on this site with medical concerns have done so. Just figure out a good eating plan, don't beat yourself up for past mistakes which you can't go back and change, and give yourself a positive direction to move forward in. Onward to the future! Just be careful with that ankle. :-) Hope it stops hurting soon.

I haven't done any excercize. I have to get my diet under control and will excercize later once I've lost more weight. I have trouble with my knee. Now my shoulder is giving me some angst. I do what I can when I can and pray for motivation when it's appropriate. Also, look at Muscles... -100 lbs with no excercize for now.

Monica, take care of the healthy eating changes without stressing over the weight loss part. Generally when you get a handle on what you should eat, you crave much less and the weight loss issue will then be easier to tackle. Beating up on yourself is never helpful, so your attitude is just right - taking responsibility and keep moving in the right direction.
