Great way to start back on the plan! Four pounds down and itching for more! Hubby and I going to ride bikes tonight for a little bit and then I am going to the grocery store to get lots of fruit and veggies for the week! Happy tracking everyone!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
