I cheated yesterday at a party. I knew I ate too much, but I had been active all day. I was 201.6 yesterday morning. This morning I gained almost 5 lbs! Wow. It doesn't take much to put on weight. My workouts were all messed up last week too. I didn't feel well because of my tooth and didn't do as much as I should have. Well, the antibiotics have been working and the tooth comes out tomorrow. I want to get back on track and back down to 200 lbs.
