NICE GOING MY FRIEND,!!!!!! :) :) I am serious about keeping track of my calories ect starting today, even Buddy the cat put me to shame. 140 I will have a glass champagne to that!!! hehehehehe ....Have a super week!!!!!! 140 looks good to me, hell I will jump up and down to see 150... Time for me to get to work!!!!!!

Thank you Pam. Don't let Buddy shame you. You show him who the boss is.😊 I'm starting to get serious with the exercising between physio appointments. Really getting into the TRX exercise system - all you need is a door that closes and some room in front of it. Love it! 💪
