December 30: goal 10lbs..started exercising again & on the soup fruit & cereal..tired of looking in the mirror & not liking what I see: feeling unpretty.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
