I'm happy that I lost another pound and a half. I was hoping for another 3 pounds. I'm still waiting for the Belly Fat Cure book to arrive. I ordered it a week ago. So maybe when I read the book I'll be able to follow it more closely. I also know I need to exercise more. That is something I plan to work on this week.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on your progress! The book will definitely help you with the plan...not only does it give good information on the plan but also recipes to help with the food planning. Keep up the good work!!

Thank you for the encouragement. The book arrived today. Looking forward to seeing what tips I can pick up. Some of those recipes look so indulgent. Can't wait to try them. Some of the challenge is getting the right ingredients.
