Plan updated to PointsPlus 2012. Starting over. Did terrible with food today. Will do better tomorrow.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good for you! You have got a real good positive attitude. I don't know if I ever was a size 2/4. I had gone down to a 5/7 juniors as a teen. I got down to probably a zero, and 43 kilos, about 86lbs in Greece. I am only 5'2" myself. I had gone down to a size 10 before with Weight Watchers, which for me was a size 10. With many inches lost. I read your bio, and included that info also. I did not do WW correctly! Well, not exactly. I am hoping to learn more, and change things around in the way I eat, and have learned to diet with my mind. It is hard, when you know only a certain way to diet. I am learning though, and trying very hard to work with my body. Nothing is a 100% perfect! And I am ready to face my falls. I just hope I have sense enough to get back right on up as soon as I can! We can do this! It takes a lot of patience with ourselves. And we need to look at it for the long run & to make good, and lasting lifestyle changes! Good luck to you, and everyone.
