This is with getting hydration level back up to 49% and body fat back to 28%....so weight effects of meds are hopefully wearing off. Again, goal is to build muscle. I'm starting to look like that 125/135 weight picture. My body isn't taking shape very aware I need to lose fat at this point....not weight.
126.6 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
