oops backstep! weight confirmed 2 doctor scales. time to put in plan b.will continue to eat my fats as previously noted. intend to increase my carbs. will aim for40>to<45 grams per meal. i eat 5 times a day and will shoot for 200+ grams daily. i will let the calories and fats take care of themselves,while monitoring my sugars to make sure they don't spike. my hope is that my body will burn the extra carbs and not my fats so some of them can be stored as weight gain. looks like the high fats low carbs does work to lose weight for those members who want to lose weight
