I'm back, this time for good. I weighed in at 136, but this is down a couple of lbs from last week which I clearly put on over the holiday season. This is how I know I need both this website and excercise. Did level 1 last Wed and level 3 on Fri and Sun. Will continue to document the excercise and food.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
