I have just started back today. I have had a gym membership for over a year and have never graced the door, but I am going today. I feel fat as a tick, and I am going to start off with the treadmill. You know you have to start some where. I am not going to over do it or I will loose interest. My diet consist of 20 gr fat, and 1400 cal. a day. That part is easy - I just need to get up and move around.
