This one is somewhat of a surprise.

My calories were a tad higher and my exercise a bit lower this last week, so I was sort of expecting to gain a little or at least stay the same. Nice to see a drop instead.

:-)
203.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
