1539 kcal Fat: 102.68g | Prot: 71.68g | Carb: 72.82g.   Breakfast: Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Egg (Whole). Lunch: hard boiled egg, romaine lettuce, brocolli, ranch dressing newmans own, black olives, cucumber, red bell pepper, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds. Dinner: beef stock, nathan's hot dog, boston baked beans B&M. Snacks/Other: fig. more...
